We are seeking a full-time Credit & Collection Specialist to work within our Finance and Facilities Management department here in Washington, DC herunterladen. The core responsibility of this role will be to collect past due monies owed to the company from advertisers, contributors, and sponsors of receptions and conferences Cv available for free download.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work to collect past due invoices for money owed to SIPP Network
Review every product, services and reprint account for credit worthiness, place appropriate limits, and assign a credit status; investigate credit worthiness for new accounts looking to do business with SIPP
Sort and disburse weekly email marketing for advertisements to appropriate Accounts Receivable persons
Daily input of checks, wire transfer and credit card information into the Site License Payment Batching System
Daily entry of wire transfer requests into the bank portal for Accounts Payable
Update vendor forms and provide W9 forms upon request; prepare monthly vendor activity reports
Other duties as needed to support the program

Key Requirements

High School diploma required; Associates degree of higher preferred
Minimum of 5 years of credit and/or collections experience
Proficient using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience with SalesForce and/or Financial Force preferred
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and high level of attention to detail required
